Phililppe Dauman, the CEO of Parammout and Viacom receive salary and other money benefits that add up to the sum up of $84.5 milliom. He is not going to be paid the complete amount right away but he is going to receive the money over 5 years if Viacom makes performance goals.
The Chief Operating Officer Thomas Dooley got paid a total of $64.7 million including a signing bonus of $40.87 million.
The company stock raised 22% and the bonus paid to these executives during these 9 months are base on the performance of the company
